Introducing Nodi Rugs to America
New Zealand-based company Nodi Rugs were given the opportunity to have a residency in New York during ICFF 2018. In response, a simple customer touchpoint was created - a printed postcard that would welcome media and prospective buyers to the brand for the first time. Through tone of voice and a letter-like format, the brand’s personal approach to service and commitment to natural fibres was communicated. We followed this up with personalised email copy that reached key editors at some of America’s top design publications.
